Associate Lecturer for PCI College and Clinical Counselling Supervisor for both counselling students and qualified therapists and am also
a Consultative Counselling Supervisor.
Trained and qualified in Integrative Counselling which means I will use various therapies from an integrative perspective which best suits
your needs. Working with all ages, from 14 years old, I can offer you a reflective space within a warm and caring environment to help facilitate
a change in resolving any problems, difficulties or issues that you may be experiencing, so that you can find a path to move forward.
Main areas I am involved with include Marriage, Relationship and Family Concerns, Managing Stress, Anxiety and Depression, Grief and Bereavement,
Trauma counselling, Alcohol, Drugs and Substance Abuse counselling, Obsessive Compulsive behaviours.
The types of session I provide include telephone counselling, online and face-to-face counselling in a private practice in Ballymena. Being an
accredited member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), and IACP (Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy)
and an Accredited Supervisor (Individuals) and an Accredited Counsellor, you can be assured with an experienced professional counsellor who
adheres strictly to their ethical guidelines.
Qualified with an L5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which can best suit a wide range of disorders. For example
depression, anxiety, phobia's and low self-esteem.
